Shannon is a learning professional and business partner with over 15 years of experience and has successfully developed infrastructures for Learning and Development departments and training start-ups for organizations in North America, Europe and Korea; effectively closing the gap between capabilities and achieving business strategic goals.
As Owner and Chief Learning Rebel, Shannon brings to the table her expertise of developing learning strategies and holistic learning solutions to improve business performance. This includes developing solutions to improve employee retention and engagement; designing Corporate Leadership Universities using blended learning techniques to ensure exchange of knowledge; and using cultural and behavioral assessments to improve communication and collaboration across business units.
Shannon is passionate about using cutting edge technologies and social learning tools to build business alignment. She speaks regularly on the topic at Learning and Development conferences such as ASTD, Learning Solutions and most recently facilitating a 2 day certification program for “Social Media for Learning” at ASTD ICE. Shannon also hosts a “Web Byte” series on “Changing the Learning Status Quo” within organizations.
