I have been in the enterprise learning space for 12 years with a blend of entrepreneurial & mainstream corporate experience. I have headed the learning function for organisations in Pharmaceutical, BFSI & ITES, led cross-cultural teams, set up learning COEs from ground up, managed learning budgets & led implementation of enterprise wide ‘learning technology’ projects.

I am passionate about using technology for learning, social learning & the possibilities of a connected enterprise. My articles on workplace learning have appeared in print & digital media including Economic Times, Times Ascent, Hindu Business Line, People Matters magazine, HRMAsia.com, Askmen.com, Rediff.com and National HRD Newsletter.

I usually have more questions than answers and believe that learning is only an ingredient and people don’t care about the ingredients if the dish does not turn out well. My role as I see it, is to align people, processes & technology within the learning function to solve business problems.
